Does Always Video - Memories have a payment plan?
Yes, we've broken the individual package prices down into three payments. With the final payment due when the tape is completed - usually after the honeymoon.

Will there be "personal" messages from family and friends on my tape?
Again, we are going to bend over backwards to satisfy you. Normally we try to encourage guests to give messages. But remember, they are your "guests" so we will not make them feel uncomfortable.

How long after the wedding will I get my tape?
In twenty four years we have always had the tape/DVD ready within two weeks of the ceremony. Of course, If you are sending us honeymoon pictures it would be - two weeks from receipt of those pictures.

Would it be possible to see a sample of your work?
Of course. It would be a mistake to hire someone without seeing a sample of their work. We take pride in our tapes/DVD's and would be happy to show them to you. Also, we have a directory of the names of satisfied customers we will share with you.

In addition to the two free parent copies, would it be possible to get extra copies of my wedding tape/DVD?
Yes. The quality of the tape/DVD we are producing for you it is of such a high standard that you could make your own copies. If you'd rather not bother - we charge $100 per copy.

How far in advance should I hire you?
That's up to you. Keep in mind, we only do one wedding per day.
